I support folks in working through complex trauma, women’s health concerns, and conflicts around values and identity, while fostering deeper self-trust & healthier relationships. I bring particular care & experience to working with sexual abuse, intergenerational & systemic trauma, supporting those impacted by oppressive systems.

Everyone has a powerful inner wisdom inside them. It is my job as your therapist to help you claim your fullest voice and most meaningful life.

Fun facts: I am open to meeting outdoors if appropriate for your goals. I am an adjunct professor. I was awarded the Insoo Kim Berg Award for “Outstanding Contribution to Social Work Knowledge and Practice” in 2018, and “Community of Practice Award” in 2019. I have also sat on the Board and professional development committee of NASW-DC.
